Il est important pour cela d\u2019entretenir et intensifier l\u2019\u00e9change direct entre les autorit\u00e9s, les cercles politiques, la science et l\u2019industrie, au sein d\u2019alliances et de projets ne se limitant pas \u00e0 une entreprise.
