Globalement, la population suisse a conscience de la haute qualit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 de notre pays. L\u2019industrie pharmaceutique y contribue et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme importante pour la place \u00e9conomique suisse et pour la recherche dans notre pays. Cependant, la haute qualit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 est li\u00e9e \u00e0 des co\u00fbts qui repr\u00e9sentent une lourde charge pour une partie de la population. Malgr\u00e9 tout, il n\u2019y a pas de consensus majoritaire pour des r\u00e9formes profondes. En effet, pour la majorit\u00e9 des personnes en \u00e2ge de voter, une grande quantit\u00e9 de prestations est plus importante qu\u2019une baisse des co\u00fbts de sant\u00e9, de sorte qu\u2019une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019offre actuelle de prestations n\u2019est pas envisageable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pour la plupart des dimensions, les \u00e9valuations du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 sont presque identiques entre les r\u00e9gions al\u00e9maniques et italophones. En revanche, la Suisse romande affiche d\u2019autres opinions: tandis qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la Suisse, 73% de la population \u00e9valuent la qualit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 comme bonne ou tr\u00e8s bonne, ce n\u2019est le cas que d\u2019environ une personne sur deux dans les r\u00e9gions francophones. En outre, les co\u00fbts de sant\u00e9 sont ressentis comme un probl\u00e8me plus lourd en Suisse romande que dans le reste du pays et des restrictions des prestations dans le but de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts y r\u00e9unissent une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019opinions positives. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019en fonction de l\u2019ampleur de la baisse des co\u00fbts, trois quarts des habitant-e-s de Suisse romande seraient dispos\u00e9-e-s \u00e0 renoncer au libre choix du m\u00e9decin ou de l\u2019h\u00f4pital, tandis que ces mesures ne sont pas majoritaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du pays. Outre la plus grande disposition aux r\u00e9formes, on y observe \u00e9galement plus d\u2019optimisme au sujet de l\u2019\u00e9volution future des co\u00fbts du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. De ce fait, on est plus favorable aux r\u00e9formes dans ces r\u00e9gions: on a \u00e0 la fois la disposition et la volont\u00e9 d\u2019aborder les probl\u00e8mes et de les r\u00e9soudre.
