Interpharma is the association of research-based pharmaceutical companies in Switzerland and was founded in 1933 as an association based in Basel. The sector represented by Interpharma is the country\u2019s largest export sector: pharmaceutical products worth around 115 billion Swiss francs are sold abroad every year.<\/p>\n \n

Interpharma informs the public about the interests of the research-based pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland, as well as about the Swiss pharmaceutical market, the healthcare sector and biomedical research.
